We can guarantee all our products are manufactured in the UK to EU standards and we can guarantee the highest product quality. We're very proud of the consistent quality we deliver on all of our products. Our products are rigorously tested to ensure quality is never compromised.

Our products have been formulated by nutrition and health experts to provide safe and effective levels.

All our products are freshly packed in pharmaceutical standard premises. And are kept in dry and safe place.

We can provide you any product Quality Certificate by request.

Stay safe

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible once they have been placed.

Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to your order once received, which includes changes to the delivery address, email address, cancelling the order, or adding or removing items from the order.

However, in some cases we can amend some information after you placed the order if you
email us details that need to be changed to admin@healthymood.co.uk

You also have 30 days after delivery to return your items for a refund (if its unopened). 

We are really sorry that you have not received all of your order.
Here are some typical reasons for a missing item:

Your order may have been split and another parcel may be on its way to you.

Stock may not yet be available, some of our items are so popular they go out of stock extremely quickly.

Picking mistake.

If your order hasn’t been split and the item is still in stock on the website, please accept our apologies and contact us with your order details, so that we can correct this by arranging a refund or replacement:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

EU and Europe Countries:

Standard Delivery
in 5-10 Working Days* for £6.90 (if the order is placed before 1pm) 

Tracked Delivery
in 5-10 Working Days* for £9.90 (to be able to track your parcel)

Premium Express
Delivery in 3-5 Working Days* for £19.90 (if the order is placed before
1pm) 

Other Countries (America, Asia, Australia):

Standard Delivery
in 5 - 15 Working Days £9.90

Express Delivery
in 4 – 8 Working Days for £19.90

Customs
Declarations: We declare the value of all products exactly as they are. We need to add on the name of the products, the amount and the exact value. Please note that couriers might need to get in touch with you to clear order faster. We would recommend you choose tracked delivery for all orders so you can monitor them and know when they would estimate to arrive. When available to us, we add your email and phone number on the packages so you might receive emails, texts or mail/post from customs (through post they may cause more
delays so please be aware). If there are any concerns about the messages received, please get in touch with us.

*Please be advised
it may take slightly longer to deliver to some remote locations. Also orders can take 2-10 days to clear customs but currently this can be as many as 30 days meaning deliveries can take 3-5 weeks to arrive. We apologise for this lengthy period of time, unfortunately, express
courier services are uneconomical to use with low priced products and they would still encounter the same customs delays. We are exploring ways we can improve this process.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase (if it is wrong or faulty), you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and return acceptable if packet/jar not opened.

We suggest all goods are returned within 30 days after purchase. To return goods and for them to be eligible for refund please make sure the following items have been included:

- All unsealed original packaging

- Order date and number

- Reason for return or if an exchange or refund is required

- And, of course, don't forget the product(s)

There are 3 ways you can return them:

1. Refuse delivery when receiving with a postman and this will go back automatically to us.

2. Send it back directly to us using any courier to the following address:

3. If you received wrong or damaged products. Its our fault and we will resolve this. We can send you a return label by email or message but you have to print it and attach to the parcel.

Once we have received the return and had a chance to inspect the item is suitable for resale, we will happily make a refund or exchange as required.

In the case of a change of heart, an item can be returned for free if it is refused at customs and we will be able to process a full refund once it arrives back to us.

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs.

Customers outside of Ireland may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country.

We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.

Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
