Our customers are very important to us and our aim is to provide an excellent service.
Heathy Mood Ltd accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express through our payment service provider 128 BIT SSL Security. All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls.
As all items are held in stock, you can rest assured that you will not have to wait weeks for delivery. In the rare event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order.

Delivery will be made to the address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure you provide full and correct delivery details including postcode (if applicable). We are unable to accept responsibility for orders which fail to be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or post code.
Your order details will be displayed on screen prior to completing your order to allow you to check the details you are providing us. In addition, you will also receive a confirmation email following placement of your order to further allow you to check the details you have provided. It is your responsibility to notify us of any error you have made by emailing us with the correct details and your order number prior to dispatch of your order. We are unable to adjust your delivery address once your order has been dispatched.
In the event your order has not arrived due to providing an incorrect delivery address, Royal Mail will usually return the order to sender. In this case, we will issue a refund once we receive your returned order (excl. P&P charges) and you will receive a Refund Confirmation email to inform you that your card or PayPal account has been credited. If your order is still required, you will need to place a separate order and ensure the correct details are supplied.
In the event that goods are returned to us which are not the property of Healthy Mood Ltd, we will contact the owner via email, letter or telephone. Goods which are not the property of Healthy Mood Ltd will be stored for 4 months and the owner must arrange to collect their goods within this time at their own expense.
Our customer reviews are intended to provide useful and informative product feedback from customers who have purchased from Healthy Mood Ltd. By submitting a review, you must ensure your content meets our guidelines:
Your review should include informative details of your opinion of the product purchased only and should not intend to influence the opinions of others. You should not include any content that is inaccurate, false or misleading. Under no circumstances should you infringe the copyright, patent or trademark of any 3rd party or use any language that could be deemed offensive to Healthy Mood’s customers. Your review should not reference other individuals, websites, companies, email address or telephone numbers.
All reviews are usually published within 14 days however Healthy Mood reserves the right to delete or refuse to publish any review which breaches our Terms.
Healthy Mood Ltd cannot be held responsible for any disruptions to our services that are beyond our control. Whilst we will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is entirely error free. We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly from appearances online.
We may occasionally carry out security checks and have the right to refuse access to our website should we consider it necessary.
All content of Healthy Mood including website design, pictures, written and all other materials are owned, controlled or licensed by Healthy Mood Ltd. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and cannot be used without the permission of Healthy Mood Ltd.
Competitions & Giveaways
From time to time, Healthy Mood Ltd may run competitions, giveaways or draws.
Unless otherwise stated:
  • entrants must be must reside in the UK
  • only one entry per person
  • if the terms require a photo or comment as the means of participating, by providing such content you give Healthy Mood Ltd permission to use the content in any promotional material
  • the winner will be chosen by Healthy Mood Ltd
  • the winner will be announced and contacted within 1 week of the end date of the giveaway to request details to delivery the prize
  • in the event that Healthy Mood Ltd does not receive the requested details after 14 days or is unable to contact the winner via the contact details provided, Healthy Mood Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner
  • promotions are not open to employees of Healthy Mood Ltd or their families or any associated agent or company involved in the promotion

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United Kingdom
EU and Europe Countries:
  • Standard Delivery in 5-10 Working Days* for £5.90 (if the order is placed before 1pm)
  • Tracked Delivery in 5-10 Working Days* for £7.90 (to be able to track your parcel)
  • Premium Express Delivery in 3-5 Working Days* for £12.90 (if the order is placed before 1pm)

Other Countries(America, Asia, Australia):
  • Standard Delivery in 5 - 15 Working Days £9.90
  • Express Delivery in 4 – 8 Working Days for £14.90

Customs Declarations: We declare the value of all products exactly as they are. We need to add on the name of the products, the amount and the exact value. Please note that couriers might need to get in touch with you to clear order faster. We would recommend you choose tracked delivery for all orders so you can monitor them and know when they would estimate to arrive. When available to us, we add your email and phone number on the packages so you might receive emails, texts or mail/post from customs (through post they may cause more delays so please be aware). If there are any concerns about the messages received, please get in touch with us.

*Please be advised it may take slightly longer to deliver to some remote locations. Also orders can take 2-10 days to clear customs but currently this can be as many as 30 days meaning deliveries can take 3-5 weeks to arrive. We apologise for this lengthy period of time, unfortunately, express courier services are uneconomical to use with low priced products and they would still encounter the same customs delays. We are exploring ways we can improve this process.

Can I return my order?

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase (if it is wrong or faulty), you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and return acceptable if packet/jar not opened. 
We suggest all goods are returned within 30 days after purchase. To return goods and for them to be eligible for refund please make sure the following items have been included:

* All unsealed original packaging
* Order date and number
* Reason for return or if an exchange or refund is required
* And, of course, don't forget the product(s)

There are 3 ways you can return them:
  1. Refuse delivery when receiving with a postman and this will go back automatically to us.
  2. Send it back directly to us using any courier to the following address:

3)If you received wrong or damaged products. Its our fault and we will resolve this. We can send you a return label by email or message but you have to print it and attach to the parcel.

Once we have received the return and had a chance to inspect the item is suitable for resale, we will happily make a refund or exchange as required.

In the case of a change of heart, an item can be returned for free if it is refused at customs and we will be able to process a full refund once it arrives back to us.
