International Shipping Policy

All our products can be shipped internationally although they must be paid for in pounds sterling. At checkout you will be able to select the country for delivery and this will then display the available delivery options and prices.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Please note that our prices do not include any customs taxes and tariffs. healthymood.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Customers in EU may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance and these must be paid for by you (we unfortunately have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Please note we cannot be liable for any additional shipping costs or import duties that may be incurred when placing an order and any delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

  • Customs Declarations: We declare the value of all products exactly as they are. We need to add on the name of the products, the amount and the exact value. Please note that couriers might need to get in touch with you to clear order faster. We would recommend you choose tracked delivery for all orders so you can monitor them and know when they would estimate to arrive. When available to us, we add your email and phone number on the packages so you might receive emails, texts or mail/post from customs (through post they may cause more delays so please be aware). If there are any concerns about the messages received, please get in touch with us.
